Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content including blog posts, articles, images, and videos.
- Manage daily social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and respond to comments/messages.
- Collaborate with the design and video production teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Analyze social media metrics and reports to optimize content performance and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in organizing online campaigns and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong writing and copywriting skills with a good grasp of SEO principles.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
