Are you passionate about process optimization and operational excellence? PT Darya Multikor Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will act as an internal consultant, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will work closely with our manufacturing and printing divisions to monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions that drive efficiency.
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be the backbone of our operational transformation. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can translate raw production data into actionable insights, ensuring that our workflows are lean, productive, and consistently aligned with global manufacturing standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily manufacturing and printing operational workflows to identify areas for efficiency gains.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies to establish standardized work processes across production lines.
- Collaborate with floor managers to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Lead root-cause analysis sessions to resolve recurring production defects or downtime.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between operations and management to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement Kaizen or 5S methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, printing, or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, hands-on operational setting.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
