Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production workflows and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive operational excellence and cost reduction.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate comprehensive reports on production efficiency and improvement progress.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with engineering and management teams to develop long-term strategic goals for process optimization.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related manufacturing field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a continuous improvement or manufacturing management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and create actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead team improvement sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.
