As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all SCM functions, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end continuous improvement projects across the supply chain (SCM), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and eliminate non-value-added activities using Lean principles and Six Sigma tools (DMAIC).
- Develop and implement robust performance metrics (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvements.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping (VSM) workshops, and root cause analysis sessions to drive sustainable change.
- Mentor and train team members on Lean methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and change management principles.
- Collaborate with department heads to standardize best practices and ensure consistent application of continuous improvement frameworks.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, including financial benefits and operational impact, to senior management.
- Manage cost reduction initiatives while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence role.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt from a recognized institution is required.
- Proven track record of managing complex improvement projects and delivering quantifiable cost savings.
- Strong expertise in supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, SQL) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Willingness to be based in Medan and travel to operational sites within the region.
