Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational efficiency, champion Lean manufacturing methodologies, and lead transformative change initiatives at our Malang facility.
In this high-impact role, you will be the bridge between strategic vision and shop-floor execution. You will analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and lead cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that optimize cycle times, reduce waste, and elevate overall production quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives across all production lines.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and safety risks.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement projects.
- Mentor and coach shop-floor personnel on problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to standardize processes and workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of process improvement projects, from initial data gathering to final implementation and sustainment.
- Drive root-cause analysis sessions to resolve recurring production issues and minimize scrap rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, TPM, Kanban).
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of driving change in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Malang, Jawa Timur.
