Tanggung Jawab
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
- Conduct process mapping and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks in production and logistics
- Develop and implement Kaizen events to drive incremental improvements in manufacturing workflows
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on improvement goals
- Document processes and maintain standardized work procedures
- Monitor KPIs and report on improvement initiatives' impact
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing operations
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping tools
- Experience with Kaizen events and rapid improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to train diverse teams
