Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Staff to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Selatan. In this role, you will be the driving force behind process optimization, quality control, and the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies.
As part of our operations team, you will analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and execute data-driven solutions to reduce waste and enhance productivity. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is comfortable working with KPIs and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of constant refinement and quality assurance. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular operational audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental progress.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on refined processes.
- Participate in lean management projects to reduce operational waste and cycle times.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in continuous improvement, production, or quality control.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
