As the Continuous Improvement Supervisor, you will lead cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to optimize production processes.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify bottlenecks, waste, and process inefficiencies.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of process improvements, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and output targets.
- Train and mentor floor staff and team leaders on continuous improvement tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management on productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance departments to upgrade machinery and workplace layouts.
- Foster a workplace culture focused on accountability, innovation, and proactive issue resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and statistical software (Minitab or equivalent).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to factory floor challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
