Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) across manufacturing lines.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality and safety.
- Conduct regular process audits and provide actionable feedback to shop-floor teams.
- Manage root cause analysis (RCA) processes for production deviations and quality issues.
- Train and mentor staff on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to streamline equipment setup and maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within FMCG.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change within the organization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Understanding of ISO standards, GMP, and food safety regulations is a strong advantage.
