Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries across digital platforms (email, live chat, social media) in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development, scheduling, and publication of engaging social media content and digital assets.
- Monitor online conversations and social listening tools to identify trends, feedback, and potential issues.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and digital communication strategies.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Prepare monthly reports on digital channel performance, customer feedback, and key response metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the communications department as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, digital communications, or marketing role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Experience with CRM software and content management systems (CMS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
