In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our palm oil import and export activities are executed with precision, compliance, and efficiency.
As a Contract Specialist, you will work under direct supervision to manage complex documentation, coordinate with customs authorities, and streamline shipping processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, mitigating risks and optimizing our logistics workflow. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end import and export processes for palm oil commodities.
- Prepare, review, and manage customs documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities to facilitate timely shipments.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all logistics documentation aligns with internal policies and external trade regulations.
- Resolve logistics-related bottlenecks and discrepancies in documentation to prevent operational delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and customs data for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing shipment planning and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export/import documentation, ideally within the palm oil or agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws (Incoterms).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure environments and strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
