As our Control Tower, you will play a mission-critical role in real-time monitoring of fleet movements, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and facilitating seamless communication between our drivers, warehouse staff, and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track all real-time shipments to ensure adherence to established routes and delivery schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies to maintain 100% SLA compliance.
- Coordinate efficiently between field drivers, internal warehouse teams, and external stakeholders to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Utilize logistics management software to provide accurate, up-to-date reporting on fleet performance and delivery status.
- Analyze daily ritase (trip) data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure all documentation related to transport and logistics is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear, professional communication channels to ensure stakeholders are informed of any potential risks to delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in logistics, transportation, or supply chain control center environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS/WMS).
- Ability to work in a shift pattern, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to operational excellence.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and process optimization.
