Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor end-to-end shipment progress using internal logistics tracking systems to ensure 100% on-time delivery performance.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential transit delays, route deviations, or supply chain disruptions to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with internal transport teams, warehouse supervisors, and external vendors to streamline operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate real-time updates and documentation for all active shipments in the Control Tower database.
- Analyze daily performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements for increased operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison for operational inquiries, providing transparent and timely status reports to customers and internal management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, transport regulations, and quality control protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain control tower roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and experience with logistics management software (TMS/WMS).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in shifts to support 24/7 logistics operations as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
