We are seeking a high-caliber COO Office Lead to serve as a strategic partner in driving operational excellence across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between executive vision and day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional efficiency, ranging from store operations and central kitchen productivity to complex logistics workflows.
The ideal candidate is a master of process optimization who thrives on identifying bottlenecks, standardizing SOPs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will act as the 'engine room' for the COO, ensuring that every operational unit is aligned with the company’s broader strategic objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive process improvement initiatives across store operations, central kitchen, and logistics departments.
- Collaborate directly with the COO to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational strategies.
- Identify and diagnose workflow inefficiencies, developing data-driven solutions to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous SOPs to ensure operational consistency across all business units.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports to inform executive decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to streamline project delivery and resolve operational roadblocks.
- Oversee special projects as directed by the COO, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Operations Management, Management Consulting, or a COO Office role.
- Proven track record of managing complex operational environments, preferably within retail, F&B, or logistics industries.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
