Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and prepare materials for Board and Committee meetings, including drafting minutes and agendas.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings with government bodies (BSP, SEC, etc.).
- Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in the review, development, and implementation of internal corporate policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and ensure institutional compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Corporate Secretary in managing shareholder correspondence and governance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, or corporate secretarial support.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and regulatory filing requirements in the Philippines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential corporate information.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
