Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and evaluate insurance applications for Property, Engineering, and Liability risks to determine insurability and appropriate coverage levels.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend underwriting decisions that balance risk exposure with business objectives.
- Negotiate policy terms, conditions, and pricing with insurance brokers and underwriters to secure optimal protection.
- Monitor policy renewals and ensure all insurance programs remain compliant with local Indonesian regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and assess claims to ensure they align with policy terms and underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to implement strategies that mitigate potential losses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate underwriting, specifically focusing on Property and Liability lines.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian insurance market and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in using underwriting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with external parties.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
