Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly corporate performance reporting cycles for headquarters review
- Coordinate and track strategic project milestones against corporate KPIs
- Integrate regional operational data into global strategic planning frameworks
- Facilitate bilingual (Mandarin-English) communication between HQ and regional stakeholders
- Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop executive dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews
- Align departmental initiatives with corporate strategic objectives
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (professional working proficiency required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate planning, strategic analysis, or business development
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of strategic planning methodologies and frameworks
- Experience working in multinational corporate environments
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
