Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and minute books for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Coordinate and attend board and general meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and track filing deadlines to ensure all corporate filings are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior secretarial team.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the Companies Act and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Studies, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role or a professional services firm.
  • Good understanding of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with secretarial software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
