Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs tailored to construction site operations and steel fabrication processes.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions, ensuring full compliance with DOLE-BOSH and COSH standards and internal protocols.
- Assess individual and organizational training needs through job analysis and consultation with department managers.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, visual aids, and hands-on practical assessment tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments and performance tracking.
- Maintain meticulous records of training attendance, certifications, and employee skill matrices.
- Collaborate with the HR department to align training initiatives with recruitment and employee retention goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or higher) with a strong grasp of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong ability to translate complex technical blueprints and procedures into easy-to-understand training modules.
- Willingness to conduct on-site training sessions and adapt to different learning environments.
