- Maintain security and order within correctional facilities through systematic surveillance and patrols
- Supervise inmate activities and enforce institutional rules and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of cells, common areas, and perimeter security systems
- Monitor inmate behavior and report any unusual activities or incidents promptly
- Assist in emergency response procedures including medical situations and behavioral crises
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation of daily operations
- Support rehabilitation programs by facilitating educational and vocational activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Valid Criminologist license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in corrections or law enforcement
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Physical fitness and ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation procedures
- Knowledge of correctional facility protocols and security protocols
- Clean background check and no criminal record
