Pt Monas Padma Sejathera is seeking a dedicated and proactive Corrugator Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production activities on the corrugator machine to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all corrugated products.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule machine operators and floor staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and coordinate with the maintenance team for technical repairs.
- Analyze production reports and output metrics to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials such as paper rolls and starch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Corrugator Supervisor or relevant Production Supervisor role.
- Strong technical knowledge of corrugating machine processes and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain high productivity under pressure.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing production teams.
- Proficient in production reporting and basic computer operations.
- Knowledge of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Educational background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
