Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and development for new cosmetic products, including creams, lotions, and serums.
- Perform stability testing and quality control analysis to ensure product longevity and safety.
- Develop and optimize existing formulations to improve texture, efficacy, and shelf-life.
- Ensure compliance with local and international cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify high-quality raw materials and ingredients.
- Create technical documentation, including product specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Present formulation concepts and prototypes to management and marketing teams for review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cosmetic formulation or product development.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, ingredients, and their interactions.
- Familiarity with stability testing protocols and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive).
- Proficient in laboratory equipment and formulation software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
