Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct laboratory testing on cosmetic raw materials and finished formulations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as viscometers, pH meters, and spectrophotometers.
- Assist in the development and improvement of new cosmetic products and product lines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all test results, batch numbers, and laboratory data.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, SNI standards, and company quality protocols.
- Prepare sample batches and perform stability testing to determine product shelf life.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize product performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Basic understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulation science, and quality control principles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
