Join Tanamera Mitra Sentosa as a Cost Control & Inventory Supervisor and drive operational excellence through strategic financial oversight. In this critical role, you'll monitor and optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to align with Singapore business targets while ensuring inventory accuracy across our dynamic supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee inventory management systems including stock counts, reconciliation, and valuation
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs
- Prepare monthly cost performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams on inventory planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Lead inventory control team members and mentor staff on best practices
- Conduct periodic audits to identify process improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost control or inventory management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Certification in inventory management (CIRM, CPIM) or cost accounting preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industries
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
