In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in optimizing our operational expenses and ensuring the financial health of our branch. You will be responsible for analyzing cost structures, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, and monitoring daily operational expenditures. Your insights will directly contribute to reducing waste and maximizing profitability. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams to implement cost-saving strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational costs and prepare detailed monthly reports to track financial performance.
- Monitor daily expenditures and compare them against the allocated budget to identify variances.
- Identify inefficiencies in logistics processes, such as fuel consumption or labor costs, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to cost-saving policies.
- Conduct regular variance analysis and present findings to management for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the Manado branch.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company financial policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Logistics Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and standard financial reporting practices.
