We are seeking a meticulous Cost & Inventory Control Staff to join our dynamic team at Seafood Inspection Laboratory. You'll be the backbone of our inventory management system, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decisions that optimize resource utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts
- Analyze cost variances and prepare detailed inventory reports for stakeholders
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and documentation systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize ordering quantities and timing
- Develop cost reduction strategies while maintaining service level targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or cost accounting
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Strong knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and weighted average costing methods
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in CIP, CPIM, or related inventory management preferred
