Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional counseling and psychological services to clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage client cases, ensuring continuity of care and documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Australian health professionals
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Stay updated on international best practices in mental health and aged care
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Master's degree in Counseling or Psychology preferred
- Valid license to practice as a Counselor or Psychologist in Malaysia
- Experience in case management and mental health counseling
- Familiarity with international healthcare standards, particularly Australian standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
