- Lead end-to-end counterparty data governance strategy and implementation
- Oversee data quality frameworks, validation protocols, and compliance monitoring
- Develop and maintain robust data dictionaries, taxonomies, and metadata standards
- Collaborate with risk, legal, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data management processes
- Lead cross-functional data migration and system integration projects
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and other regulatory data requirements
- Mentor data analysts and junior team members to enhance capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in counterparty data systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (AML, KYC, GDPR, MiFID II)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
- Certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP, CIPM) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
