Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages to customers accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
- Verify the condition of packages upon receipt and ensure proper handling.
- Manage cash on delivery (COD) transactions professionally and securely.
- Report any delivery exceptions, damages, or safety issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide clear and friendly communication to clients regarding delivery status.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy packages.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.
- Good communication skills and a polite demeanor.
- Valid ID Card (KTP) and National Health Insurance (BPJS) ready.
- Experience in logistics or courier services is preferred but not mandatory.
