Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the creative direction for video campaigns from concept to final delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of videographers and video editors.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, sound design, and color grading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to align content with business objectives.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet company standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest video production trends and emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Creator.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other creative tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced editing skills and visual storytelling abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
