Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the creative direction and vision for all Rin Group restaurant brands, ensuring consistency and high visual standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and tone of voice.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including menus, digital assets, social media content, and physical signage.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals to foster a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to align creative outputs with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for creative innovation in the F&B industry.
- Review and approve final creative assets to ensure they meet quality benchmarks and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Creative Direction, with a strong focus on the Hospitality, F&B, or Retail sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully rebranding or leading creative initiatives for multiple brands.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, visual identity, and large-scale branding projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a creative team effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia for internal and external communication.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
