- Develop innovative event concepts and exhibition designs that align with brand identity and client objectives
- Lead cross-functional creative teams through all project phases from ideation to final delivery
- Oversee production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives
- Maintain quality control across all creative deliverables and production elements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in event design with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven portfolio directing large-scale events and exhibitions in APAC markets
- Expertise in brand storytelling and immersive experience design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling, and event visualization tools
- Exceptional team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of production logistics, vendor management, and budget control
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
