- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with Fairyskin's brand vision and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team (including designers, photographers, and copywriters) to deliver high-quality assets.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium beauty standards.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize creative output and improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to translate product launches into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage production timelines and budgets to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, visual storytelling, and multi-channel marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, social media aesthetics, and consumer behavior in the Philippines.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative visions to stakeholders.
