Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in video editing with portfolio demonstrating short-form content expertise
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual composition
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) and color grading
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative team environments
- Adaptability to evolving content trends and platform requirements
- Relevant degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
