Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Cikarang area to expand the customer base.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations with prospective clients regarding financing products.
- Perform thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for potential loan applicants.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage the entire credit application process from initial submission to final disbursement.
- Monitor and follow up on payment collections to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in automotive or financial marketing is a significant advantage.
- Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of the local market in Cikarang and surrounding areas.
- Willing to work in the field and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
