Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the safe and secure loading, transport, and unloading of cargo according to company security protocols.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Monitor and maintain the operational integrity of the assigned vehicle throughout the shift.
- Coordinate effectively with the dispatch team and security personnel to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all cargo movements and vehicle-related activities.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and Brink’s safety guidelines to prevent accidents and minimize risk.
- Respond promptly and professionally to operational incidents in alignment with emergency protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM B1 or B2 is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics, cargo handling, or secure transportation is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to safety, integrity, and operational security procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus during long shifts.
- Good physical health and the ability to perform manual labor related to cargo handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be domiciled in or willing to work in the Makassar area.
