As a Crew Cargo BGS, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our specialized transport vehicles. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently according to established routes and schedules.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness.
- Load and unload cargo with strict adherence to security protocols and handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and cargo transit times.
- Ensure all cargo documentation is verified and signed for accurately at every handover point.
- Strictly follow road safety regulations and internal security policies at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of assigned operational vehicles.
- Report any mechanical issues or security incidents immediately to the operations supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM B1 or B2 is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics, cargo handling, or transportation roles is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of road traffic laws and safety procedures in Indonesia.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy cargo as required.
- Highly disciplined with a clean record regarding traffic violations and professional conduct.
- Strong integrity and a high level of responsibility in handling sensitive/secure items.
- Availability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by operational needs.
