In this role, you will be the face of JCO on the move, ensuring our premium donuts and signature coffee reach our customers with excellence.
As a Crew Driver, you aren't just behind the wheel; you are a key member of our service team. You will handle vehicle operations, ensure safe transportation of our mobile outlet, and assist in maintaining the highest standards of service and hygiene at various event locations throughout Yogyakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate and drive the JCO Food Truck to designated event locations and outlets.
- Ensure the food truck is clean, well-maintained, and prepared for daily operations.
- Assist in the preparation, assembly, and serving of food and beverage products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining the friendly and professional image of JCO.
- Manage inventory levels of stock and supplies within the food truck.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, food safety regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist the team in setting up and tearing down the mobile unit at event sites.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Driving License (SIM A or B1) with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or as a commercial driver is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in a mobile, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Deep familiarity with routes and locations throughout DI Yogyakarta.
- Disciplined, punctual, and highly responsible regarding vehicle and equipment maintenance.
