Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders to meet strict delivery timelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory reconciliation processes.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols (K3) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good teamwork skills and a positive, proactive working attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
