Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Crewing Department and manage team performance.
- Manage complex crew payroll and ensure strict financial compliance.
- Coordinate with vessel operators to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Lead the recruitment process for seafarers and shore-based personnel.
- Ensure all crew documentation and certifications are up to date.
- Maintain strict adherence to international maritime labor standards (MLC).
- Develop strategies to optimize crew utilization and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in crew management or maritime operations.
- Deep knowledge of international shipping regulations, specifically MLC 2006.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a department or team.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in payroll software and crew management systems.
- Valid STCW certificates are highly desirable.
