In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our maritime/transportation personnel, ensuring that all vessel/fleet operations are staffed by qualified, competent, and compliant crew members.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive crewing strategies to ensure optimal fleet staffing levels.
- Manage the recruitment, deployment, and rotation schedules for all crew members in accordance with company requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with local maritime/transportation laws, industry regulations, and international standards.
- Oversee crew documentation, certification renewals, and training compliance records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage payroll, crew welfare, and logistical support for field personnel.
- Monitor crew performance and address operational issues to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Develop and nurture relationships with manning agencies and training providers to ensure a pipeline of qualified talent.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Crewing Manager or in a similar leadership role within the transportation/logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of crewing regulations, labor laws, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure operational environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex scheduling systems effectively.
- High level of integrity, dedication, and professional ethics.
