PT Lintas Bahari Nusantara is a leading player in the maritime transportation and logistics sector. We are currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Crewing Manager to oversee our seafaring personnel operations. Based in Jakarta Raya, this role is pivotal in ensuring our vessels are manned by high-caliber professionals who meet international maritime standards and our company's rigorous safety protocols.
As our Crewing Manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of crew management, from recruitment and deployment to performance monitoring and compliance. You will act as the primary liaison between our shore-based management and the brave men and women serving at sea. We are looking for a leader who understands the complexities of maritime labor laws and possesses the organizational skills to manage complex scheduling across a diverse fleet.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and deployment process for all vessel crew members.
- Ensure 100% compliance with STCW, MLC 2006, and specific Flag State requirements for all personnel.
- Develop and maintain efficient crew rotation schedules to ensure continuous vessel operations.
- Oversee crew documentation, including the validity of certificates, passports, and medical clearances.
- Manage the crewing department budget, including payroll processing and crew-related expenses.
- Coordinate crew travel arrangements, including visas and port agent liaison for sign-on/sign-off.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage career development paths for seafarers.
- Handle industrial relations and crew grievances in accordance with company policy and maritime law.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in crewing management or maritime HR.
- In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations (IMO, STCW, MLC) and local labor laws.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale crew databases and Crewing Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across different locations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency crew logistics efficiently.
- Analytical mindset for budget management and operational reporting.
