Tanggung Jawab
- Manage recruitment, certification, and deployment of qualified maritime personnel across vessel fleets
- Maintain comprehensive crew records, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with maritime authorities to ensure adherence to STCW and national regulations
- Oversee crew training programs and competency assessments
- Handle crew welfare matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and medical support
- Optimize crew rotation schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Monitor industry regulatory changes and implement compliance updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in crewing or maritime HR functions
- STCW certification and familiarity with maritime labor regulations
- Proficiency in crew management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of international maritime conventions (SOLAS, MLC, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex scheduling challenges
