Tri Sukses Wanatama is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crewing Staff to join our logistics and transportation operations team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a vital part in the seamless deployment of personnel, ensuring that all crewing schedules, documentation, and operational standards are met with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and deployment process for operational crew members.
- Ensure all crew documentation, certifications, and licenses are valid and up to date according to industry regulations.
- Coordinate crew rotations, travel arrangements, and scheduling in alignment with operational demands.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of all personnel information and service records.
- Monitor and manage crew welfare, addressing grievances or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Prepare regular reports regarding crew availability, turnover, and performance metrics.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and maritime or transportation safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Shipping, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Crewing Staff or in a similar administrative role within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of crewing procedures, maritime documentation, or transport personnel regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
