Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airfreight documentation (PI, PIB, AWB, commercial invoices)
- Coordinate with airlines, customs agents, and warehouse teams for shipment clearance
- Provide real-time shipment tracking and proactive client updates
- Resolve customs clearance issues and regulatory compliance challenges
- Process export/import permits and trade compliance documentation
- Develop client relationships through regular communication and service excellence
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years experience in airfreight operations or export-import coordination
- Proficiency in customs procedures and Indonesian trade regulations
- Advanced knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and shipping terms
- Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems
