Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls regarding healthcare inquiries and account information.
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical services, billing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist patients in navigating healthcare processes and resolving account-related issues.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system with high attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to the senior team or medical staff when necessary.
  • Adhere to all healthcare compliance and privacy regulations (HIPAA/PHIPA equivalent).
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be a Medical Allied Graduate (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology) or a College Graduate/Undergraduate.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare account or medical customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Compassionate, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
