We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custom Clearance Staff to join the dynamic team at PT Starlit Energy Indonesia. You will act as the primary point of contact between our logistics team and customs authorities, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process all necessary import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise effectively with customs officials and government agencies to facilitate smooth clearance processes and resolve any regulatory issues.
- Monitor shipment status and track containers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all clearance activities and update the internal logistics database accordingly.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian customs laws, tariff codes, and trade regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of customs declarations and handle correspondence with freight forwarders and agents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures, tariff classifications, and trade compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
