As our Customs Clearance Supervisor, you will lead the end-to-end clearance process, managing complex documentation, coordinating with government stakeholders, and optimizing lead times to support our manufacturing and sales objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian trade and customs regulations.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize shipment movement.
- Manage and verify all essential shipping documentation, including Packing Lists, Invoices, BL/AWB, and COO.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customs authorities and relevant government agencies (Kementerian Perdagangan, Bea Cukai).
- Monitor and troubleshoot potential clearance delays, implementing proactive solutions to maintain delivery schedules.
- Ensure the accurate classification of goods (HS Code) to optimize duty costs and prevent compliance penalties.
- Prepare regular performance reports regarding logistics costs, clearance timelines, and departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance or import/export operations, preferably within the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Possession of a valid PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Customs Laws, HS Code classification, and online clearance platforms (OSS/INSW).
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) to facilitate communication with regional headquarters.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
