Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire production process of custom furniture and sofas for hotel, office, and residential projects
- Manage production planning and scheduling to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure production feasibility and alignment with design specifications
- Manage, train, and develop production staff to enhance skills and productivity
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs
- Monitor inventory levels and raw material requirements to ensure smooth production flow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in the production facility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Furniture Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture production management, preferably with custom furniture
- Strong knowledge of furniture materials, construction techniques, and production processes
- Experience managing production for commercial and residential furniture projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in production management software and tools
