Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage details, and claims status.
- Navigate multiple internal systems to document customer interactions and update account profiles.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns through active listening and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) while adhering to strict quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the seamless processing of insurance applications.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college (any course).
- Prior experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is a distinct advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
